Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to Dreamy Fox Photography. By accessing our website https://dreamyfoxphotography.co.uk/ or booking our photography services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Booking and Payments
A non-refundable deposit (referred to as a session fee) is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session.
Sessions are subject to availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment methods accepted: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cash.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 2 days before the session may be rescheduled without additional charges.
If you cancel within 30 days of the session, the deposit is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, emergencies).
4. Image Ownership and Copyright
All images taken by Dreamy Fox Photography are the property of Dreamy Fox Photography and are protected under UK copyright law.
Clients receive a license for personal use of the images but may not alter, sell, or reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission.
We reserve the right to use selected images for promotional and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session.
We are not liable for unsatisfactory images due to client delays, uncooperative subjects, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Refunds and Satisfaction
Due to the custom nature of photography services, refunds are not provided after a session has taken place.
If technical issues arise on our end, we will offer a reshoot at no additional cost.
7. Liability
We take all reasonable care during the session, but we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
We are not responsible for external printing errors if images are printed through a third party.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
